Lost in a Supermarket

Hickory smoke/grilled burger and chicken sandwich. Double fried onion/garlic french fries. Below is smoked duckling w/ a sweet red wine glaze. The picture of the embers shows enough fuel to hold the Klose pit at 250.

Thanks, fellas....

The burger, fries and chicken sandwich were so good. I added a little A1 to the burger mix some salt, pepper, garlic and onion pwds. They didn't last long.

WJ, nope, we saved the duck fat to use as a mask to give our complexion a rosy shine......
