Hooked on a Feeling: BBQ Contest Style Wildwood BBQ
Below are some sights from the Hudson Valley Ribfest which was held August 15, 16 + 17 in New Paltz, New York. This was Wildwood BBQ's second contest outing.
The pictures are from the New England Barbecue Society grilling contest which was held on Saturday. The Kansas City Barbecue Society bbq contest turn-ins were on Sunday. Pictures from Sunday are coming next. On Saturday we took third in beef steak, 2nd in fish and third overall.

Looks good. No pictures of the pork chop? That was damn good.
The pork is there...glad you enjoyed that. I really thought that most of our food that weekend was pretty solid. Wish I'd had a chance to try some of yours. I remember asking someone to set some aside, but it seems they forgot...hmmmmmm......
Really? There was tons of food kicking around after the event. The only thing that got fully consumed was the 9th place pulled pork.
looks ridic bc. i just woke up. i'm tired and hungover and would like an order of those sausages, pretty please. i think my buddy from work was headed to wildwood last night! i'll have to ask him how it was, and report back, obvi.
