The Time of the Season: What's your name?
I have to thank my friend, Robert, over at the ever-splendid WhiteTrashBBQ Blog for reminding me that I had a responsibility to my readers. So....
We polished off this delicious pie that The Wife made with some locally picked apples in what felt like seconds. She just casually threw this together while Hiroshi and I watched the Giants game and inhaled some Texas Red Chili that I made with some leftover smoked brisket that I had in the freezer.
So, do you think this will be enough sauce? This is a delivery I received at my restaurant, Wildwood BBQ just a few days ago.
