The Hampton Smoker
What's up wtih what's going down? Does a tree falling on the ocean with no one around make a sound? Barbecue, BBQ, Bar-b-que. It's all in how you sell it.

Careful with that "Hot BBQ action" text... All the sick boy-boy-quail freaks are gonna find your site now.
Or, uh, so I hear....
In unrelated news, this here is a photo from that day we were at Red Rocks. The only keeper.
Cool blog! And oh my, my mouth is watering! I'm sorry I missed this.
What's the scoop on Hill Country NY?
Hiya, homesick, thanks for stopping by. Pretty pictures on your site.
Hill Country NY is a restaurant opening winter '06/spring '07 in the 20's in Manhattan. Rob Richter of the Big Island BBQ team (and the pitmaster in charge of BBQ-NYC) will be running the fires...should be a nice change of pace from the other joints in the city.
Where are you hanging your hat these days?
Thanks for the compliment! One of my favorite photographic subjects is meat.
I hang my hat in the 20s (I live around the corner from RUB), so I have a feeling Hill Country NY could become my new local. They'll know my by my cowboy boots and camera.
I get fat just looking at these photos.
Cool neighborhood, homesick. Maybe we'll cross paths one day.
Buffy-- I get fat making these pictures! Seriously, eating right is tough...glad you came by!
