The Hampton Smoker
What's up wtih what's going down? Does a tree falling on the ocean with no one around make a sound? Barbecue, BBQ, Bar-b-que. It's all in how you sell it.

Love it. The first snowy pic of NY I've seen on a blog today. AWESOME!! I so wish I wasn't working yesterday to have enjoyed the snow.
Thanks, Mona. I felt so sorry for Amy as she tried to make her way to work yesterday. People at the bus stop had been standing there an hour and a half. Meanwhile, I was having all kinds of fun snapping pictures. Nobody else seemed happy, but I was having a blast...
Wow, what a sight! Miss HB is wishing she could come play in the snow. Central Park must be awsome. Make a snowman for us...it has been sunny and in the 60's out here for a week straight. There was some rain this morning tho' so I'm sure we will be back to dark and grey before too long.
The brief reprieve was enough to prod me into unearthing the ol' weber for the first official cook-out of the year on Friday. Of course once the coals were ready, and the food prepped, the sun had set, and the ambient temp dropped by 15 degrees, so there I stood with my fleece zipped to the top, and headlamp aimed at the grill. Still, the results were worth it.
Enjoy the snow, before it turns brown!
Timo
Hey there, Timo! We got Miss HB's valentine in the mail today and it is spectactalitously cute! That picture of her is priceless. Please tell her thank you from both of us. We can send you some snow if you'd like. I'd take some of that 60-degree cook out weather, please.
