The Girl Who Lives on Heaven Hill: Dinner 1-2-3
A quick after work dinner-- chicken marinated in ponzu, ginger, garlic, a pinch of five spice, a 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil, a splash of vegetable oil for 1/2 hour. Spinach sauteed with garlic and a pinch of nutmeg. Thai-chili garlic and lime fried rice made with leftover texmati rice and a little carrot, celery, onions and garlic. I sweated the carrot, celery, onion and garlic, added some thai garlic chile paste, then the rice and finished with a splash of lime juice.
